Pozisyon : Commision ,Test and Support Engineer
Requirements:
1. Degree in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent;
2. More than 1 year’s experience in telecom industry (wireless, data, switching field, knowledge of GSM, transmission, STM, E1, RF, UMTS,BTS, BSC,RNC, Node-B and related telecom equipments);
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (will face with Customer );
4. Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
5. Proficient in English.
6. Having a vaild Driving Licence
7. Free to travel
Responsibility:
1. Being responsible for test & commissioning for telecommunication projects. (will be basicly trained,at least understand basic concept of UTRAN, Radio Access Network)
2. co-operating with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service to achieve the customers satisfaction (take reqirements from customer, answer them, explain to Chinese expert, )
3. Providing guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementations.(will be the contact point in location for alarm handling)
