In the baseline network shown above, the incoming traffic has the following characteristics:
-Arrival of cells is modelled by a Bernoulli process with load parameter = 1.0,
-Packets arriving at the upper eight inlets request the lower eight outlets (distibuted uniformly among them) and, similarly, packets arriving at the lower eight outlets request the upper eight outlets.
