Name of the Position : Jr. ITSM Consultant
Profile :
• University degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• 1 year or less experience or interest in computing or related area with a focus on technology, management and policy
• Interest on IT Governance disciplines such as ITIL and COBIT
• Interest on industry best practices such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, IT Audit
• Having good English skills
Main Responsibilities :
• Functions as the training quality controller
• Helps to develop and maintain documentation regarding the ITIL and COBIT training and consultancy.
• Serves as a technical advisor to senior consultants
• Help prepare the customer offers and involved in the technical customer meetings if needed
• Being involved in presales activities
• Conduct customer trainings once certifications and internal training is completed
• Conduct simulations in the area of ITSM
• Cooperates with consultants for the customer projects designing and improving IT processes with ITIL best practices
